Kayak Trip:

CLOTHING General guidelines; one set of clothing for paddling; one set for camp; one for sleeping
·  Swim suit
·  Quick-drying pants (zip-offs work great too))
·  T-shirt / tank top
·  Rain coat top and bottom
·  Shorts - quick dry variety
·  Paddling jacket (rain coat will work)
·  One warm fleece pile jacket for camp (no cotton)
·  One set (top and bottom) long underwear (poly, wool, silk, etc)
·  Fleece hat and gloves for warmth
·  Sleep clothes
FOOTWEAR
·  One pair for water (for paddling) such as aqua sox, reef walkers, wet suit booties or sandals with straps.
·  One dry pair for camp
·  Fleece or wool socks: 1 pair for camp and 1 pair for insulating water shoes when paddling
PERSONAL ITEMS
·  Sun hat or visor for full coverage
·  Toiletries
·  Sun glasses with retaining strap
·  Medication and special dietary items
·  Sun and lip screen with high SPF
·  Field guides, binoculars, cameras
